What is Healing Focused Yoga?
Healing Focused Yoga is inclusive and focuses on resilience. Our trauma-sensitive methods are taught to create a safe eco-system for practice and relaxation. Instruction is sensitive to the needs of brand new to yoga and mindfulness as well as experienced practitioners.
Our healing approach integrates yoga and mindfulness practices proven to reduce anxiety and depression while increasing mental clarity. Our adult classes utilize the same tools we teach youth, to help you lower stress and anxiety levels,
regulate emotions, and connect to your inner bliss.
In class, our teachers lead you through
movement, mindfulness, meditation, and breath practices.
We accommodate people who like to practice on the mat or in a chair, in yoga clothes or in work clothes, fresh from the office.
